Mini Match Reports:

Rylane Celtic 1-5 Kanturk

Rylane lost 5-1 to Kanturk today in the Mossie. We are missing 3 of our back 4 from last year through injury and travel and such but Kanturk were very good to be fair.

Greenmount 0-4 Grattan B

Absolutely fantastic performance by the lads today 1 – 14 were outstanding we were 1-0 up at the half thanks to great piece of finishing by Donal Lyons and pushed on in the second half with a further 2 making it a hattrick for donnie and 1 for Cian Freyne the back 4 were outstanding again with scottie pulling of a great save in the first half. Every player was outstanding again and the score line could of been a lot higher.
Man of the match performances by Davey Forde and Donie Lyons but as i said every single player was brilliant

Donoughmore Athletic 5-1 Cloughduv Celtic

Donoughmore kept the winning run going to make it 3 in a row.
Jamie opened the scoring, when he collected a pass from Aidan O Shea and finished from the edge of the box to the far corner. Paul Crowley doubled the advantage just before half time when he ran on to a deflected Darren Lucey cross to drill home from 12 yards.
Crowley scored his second on the hour mark rom close range, after a ball dropped in the area from a corner. Cloughduv pulled one back five mins later, but the home side responed after David Cahill crossed from the right for Darren Lucey to volley from the edge of the box to the top right hand corner.
Terence Looney wrapped up the scoring when he got to a ball before the keeper to glance a header home.
